Inspection and Procedures

Miller Machine has a fully equipped Inspection Department utilizing current meteorology technology. With the aid of our CMM, Optical Comparator, Tool Microscope, Deltronic Pins and other calibrated gages, we can accurately inspect anything we can make.

Miller Machine has in place extensive procedures for Quality Assurance. Our Inspection department adheres to ANSI 14.5 standards and is ISO 9002 Compliant.

We can provide First Article Reports, Single Operation Dimension Check Sheets and outside vendor Certifications for materials, plating, heat treat as well as other outside procedures required on your parts. All of these procedures provide our customers the confidence of knowing that their parts will be made to print.
